The ruins of the church of the Lord are the medieval ruins of the church in the centre of Lund, which has since become a museum.
The Church of the Lord was probably built in the 1050s and destroyed in connection with the Reformation. Above the old place of the church was Kattesund Street.
Due to excavations in Kattesund, the ruins of the church were discovered in the 1970s and 1980s. An old wooden church was also found there. It was decided that the stones would be left behind and turned into an underground museum, and a house would be built on top.
The museum was opened on September 11, 1987. After closing for several years, the museum was reopened in December 2006.
