Helsinki Railway Square

Helsinki Railway Square is an open square located directly east of Helsinki Central Station in central Finland. The square serves as a secondary bus station of Helsinki, as well as the main bus station of Kamppi Center. On the north side is the Finnish National Theatre, and on the south side is the Ateneum Museum of Classical Art (part of the Finnish National Gallery). On the west side there are two richly decorated entrances to Helsinki Central Station - the bigger one for public use and the smaller one intended exclusively for the Finnish President and their official guests. The square is served by the Helsinki Metro system, at the entrance to Rautatientori Metro Station in the southwest corner and the University of Helsinki Metro Station in the east.

In summer and evening evenings, the Spårakoff Pub Tram runs from the Mikonkatu tram stop on the square once an hour.
